Steel Hearts

That Beating Heart does look like a winner. Your collection seems to be lacking the HHFSH that was sold by skunk.

After the Shop expanded production, FSH started showing up at shows in a variety of blade profiles; different thicknesses, sabre grinds, full height grinds, different scale thickness. I can only imagine that it played heck with your sheath making.

Not trying to collect them all :) and Not a Fan on the thick ones, other than MOAB's and MOABolo really

Hi I'm considering buying the "Beating Heart", & it will be a hard use knife. Batoning wood 🪵 & as a primary "Belt Knife" for field use.
Can you share how the knife performs for you??

Beating Heart looks to be a Fusion Steel Heart with a stretched blade height (below the flats)… giving it that nice belly/taller grind.

It is actually Stonewashed.

Fast becoming my favorite Busse finish.

I have yet to "use" it. Maybe this summer as I do have 2 :)

I still hold to the fact it is a medium War train.

There is a rapid deployment Beating Heart available from the mothership, and the model is still available for order as well. Grab one!
 
Dang David, you got me looking at the Beating Hearts now. The comparison pics you posted really showed the true scale of the size!

It was the original launch in a cupid ganza. I got one not knowing if they would offer any other way. I've since got a few more. Definitely one of my favorite all time models. Would love a HOG edition 😁
