Steel liners? Native III, Rescue

Hey folks. I own two Delica 4s and love the embeded steel liners in the FRN handle/grip. I also own a ZDP Calypso FRN. This does not have the steel liners. Great knife, but I prefer the added weight and strength of the steel liners. Can anyone tell me if the Native III has steel liners? Also the Rescue line as well...
 
The Native III does not have steel liners. But is still a great hard working knife without them.
 
I have 3 Native 1s. They also do not have liners, but they seem to work fine linerless. I would guess that the Native 3 has a thicker handle because of the 3-D contouring and it would be a bit stouter because of that added thickness.

OTOH, if you really like the Native and want one rebuilt with liners and scales, STR does a fine job at this. He has his own area here on BF under knife makers.

Dale, good to know about rebuilt liners. May look into STR sometime. Thanks for the info.
