Steel question??

What kind of steel did Strider use in their earlier models?? (say 1996-98).

Any help is very appreciated.

I think it was ATS-34 but not sure. My first blade from them is slightly modified ATS-34 short BT model w/Black Oxide finish and cord wrap.

96-98 we were using
ATS34 almost exclusively.
