Steel source in kansas city area?

Heading to KC next week for a hot minute. Does anybody have any info on where to buy steel locally or hammer-ins? I'm four-years-new to the craft.
 
There are several Fastenal locations in the K.C. area that show O-1 & W-1 drill rod stock.
