steel sources?

IS there a good online dealer from whom I could buy steel blanks in sword sizes?
(41" x 2" to be exact)
I was led to believe 1080 would be ok for this application, is that good enough for a sword?

Check Admiral steel or Pacific Machinery and Tool Steel. There are others out there but these are the 2 I normally use. Also 5160 would be a good choice too and is easier to obtain. You might have to buy a full 20' stick but it is worth it.
