i have some "made in u.s.a." great qualitity touch marks (# and letter stamps) most are about 1/8'', 1/4'', a few 1/2'' . there made by a company called Mathews . I have had them for a good many years, got them from my grandfather who had them for probably 15yrs +. they are all new though, never used and in good condition. probably had about 50lbs. + of them at one time, but sold alot off. i still have a bunch though and , i want to try and get rid of them. if interested, i'll try and post what letters i have, as well as some of the shapes and such.
alot of blacksmiths bought them for marking there art work, but would be great for knives for the beginer who dosent have the cash for the name stamp, or anyone wanting to mark steel.
there are also some irregular ones, like a capital P in a triangle, F made up of dots, and U in an octagon, and lots more reg. letters.
i will ship them priority mail and ship same day as i recieve payment, unless of course there closed in which it will be next day.
figuring about $15 shipped for a set of initials, to cover paypal fees, and shipping. (about $5 per stamp, $4-5 shipping ), all are stamped made in use on them.
i cant guarantee i have what you need, but let me know what your looking for and i'll go through them and reply back.
thank you
andrew
***they actually do harden as well,(i tried) so you could probably forge blades from them as well? if ya wanted.***
