Is the buck version made of the same as the AR?Is there a big strength difference of the two.
 
The Buck is made of ATS.
Ours is BG42 or S30V.
They are all very strong.
You shouldn'd have any issues.

Is the type of steel used for the AR, or any Strider for that matter, always marked on the blade?
