Steel supply question

Does anyone know where I can get a hold of some 1/2" x 1.5" in CPM 154 or RWL 34?
I'd prefer to just buy a 9" piece but if I have to I'll buy a full 36" or 48" bar.

1/2" thick? What are you trying to make? I know there are a number of suppliers of cpm-154 but I think Damasteel is the only supplier of RWL-34, and R W Wilson is one of their USA suppliers who carries their damascus(damasteel) as well as their plain RWL 34. Here is the link to the page on his site where he lists it, however, the thickest he has is 5/32". Both are sold by the inch.

It's for an integral.
I'm hoping it doesn't have to be specially ordered.

I know of a maker who has that size in D2, he might sell you some, if you're interested. I haven't looked around but that might be easy to find, if it is please disregard ;)
