Steel type questions

I was given samples of A105 here at work. What good are these for blades?? Should I not use them? Should I just make bosters out of them?

ASTM A105 is a low carbon steel similar to AISI 1330 [.30 C, 1.75 Mn] You could use it for bolsters but not blades.
