I'm looking for a sheathcarried heavy duty EDC with 4"-4,5" blade and thick handle. I really like these two so I wonder if anone has input with regards to K110 vs VG10, ARC lock vs line lock, build quality etc. You know what I want to know. :)

What I don't like about Bruiser is that it's a new knifemaker and therefore long term durability is not known and I don't like flippers.
What I dont like about the Fatcar is that the edge isn't straight and that gives me a sharpening worry.

Any other knives in this category and price range?

I would recommend to you the SOG Fatcat. the arc lock is awesome!
Take a look at the Kizer cutlery bad dog. 4,1/4" of s35vn is awesome! it rides on ceramic ball bearings and is insanely smooth. the first day it came to me it was already drop free smooth. To think it will only get smoother is kinda scary.
