I have a new Steel Will Modus. I carried it for a half day. Didn't use it. Blue FRN with orange back spacer. D2 blade. I will include the box and stuff. Still looks brand new.
$35 tyd! Paypal is okay.

Auction type listings are not allowed. By that I mean you have to deal with one customer at a time the first one first second one second and so on. I might be wrong but by my reading you violated the rules by selling the knife to someone who put and I'll take it after I put mine in

You're reading it wrong. An auction is a sale with no definite price where the seller takes ascending bids. Besides, you can't guarantee that the other party didn't beat out your time stamp via PM or Email.

A seller on Bladeforums may sell to whomever they choose. Being the first to say "I'll take it." doesn't guarantee you the sale nor does it obligate the seller to deal with you first.

A little tip: Not all sellers watch their threads like a hawk. Post your "I'll take it." of course, but then reach out in a PM or Email requesting payment info. I generally send the PM and Email first and then respond in the thread.

It always sucks to miss out on an item, but there's no rule violation here. Better luck next time.
