I purchased a Steelcraft Kwaiken on the exchange here in April, and the pocketclip screw was a bit buggered up (in the tightening direction which was weird). I also found it had 12 bearings on one side of the blade and 13 on the other?:confused:

I put in an email from the website, and I've been in contact with Mark who initially said it shouldn't be a problem to get a new screw and a bearing... unfortunately that was 6 months ago and I keep getting told "They're not available yet":(.

Any help?
