Steels to NOT plate quench

I have been doing some research here in anticipation of my first heat treat oven and was wondering what steels will not plate quench properly. It seems that most threads are concerned with what to quench. Right now I have 440C, ATS34, Devin Thomas High contrast damascus, Thunderforged Damascus, and O1.
A big thanks to all who respond!

Of those you list, 440C and ATS34 are the only ones to plate quench.Thunderforged and O-1 should be quenched in a medium quenchant like Parks AAA. If you have some of Devin's stainless damascus, then plates will work.If it is a carbon steel mix, then use the oil.
