I had one of Ken Steigerwalts higher end knives that was in my display case and somehow picked up some corrosion and rust. The knife was ruined. I just about panicked. Got in touch with Ken and he said to send it to him and he'd take care of it. I don't think he realized how bad it was. He sent it back to me today, express mail ($29). It looks like NEW. When I asked him how much he said I didn't owe him anything! Incredible.....he is definitely THE MAN....
