Gentlemen:

For your consideration is my full tang subhilt Battle Bowie in W-2 and Desert Ironwood Burl. This is a LARGE bowie that fills the hand. The presentation grade Desert Ironwood Burl has great color contrast, lots of marblecake and sunbursts.....very nice stuff. The bowie is made of Aldo's .250" W-2 stock, flat ground to .030" then 25 degree bevels applied. The blade was hand rubbed to 2000 grit then etched to show a distinctive hamon that pops. The package includes a 8-10 oz belt sheath = leather from Wickett and Craig and comes with a protective layer of Renwax. I hope you like it! The first "I'll take it" gets it. $550 plus $20 shipping/insurance......international orders will require more postage, I'm sure. Another beautiful piece from you. I've been admiring your work for a while now. Next year, my goal is to have one of your knives.
 
The quality and the finish of your knives is outstanding, you can easely compete with top European makers.
 
The only battle in that Bowie is the battle I'm having not pulling the trigger on it.Next year Xmess is off ! Bowies are in !
