Hi fellas:

I wanted to make a full tang subhilt fighting bowie with a sleeker blade profile and this is what I came up with. It was a challenge to make all 12 corners come flush around the double guard and subhilt - they came out perfectly. The blade was full flat ground to .035" with 25 degree secondary bevels for a robust edge. There's just a bit of a recurve to this one for sleeknees and I'm real happy with how the hamon turned out. I haven't made the sheath yet so you may specify right or left. If it's OK with the buyer, I'd like to ship it to Chuck Ward for photography then he'll ship directly to you.....this will take about 10 days, but it sure beats a three month wait! :D The first "I'll take it" gets it. I hope you like it! $550 plus $25 shipping/insurance. I accept Paypal, USPS money orders and personal checks (delivery after check clears). Maker's lifetime common sense warranty and free sharpening.

Best regards,

TK

Beautiful Bad-A$$ Battle Bowie! You've outdone yourself with that one. That's something to be proud of indeed.

I can only say what he said "Tk very well done i wish i had the extra $$ she's a beauty."
Wicked hamon.

Paul.

I know you'd like to see an "I'll take it", but I just gotta say that thing is so SO nice. Congrats on that build. There's not a single awkward line on that knife, wow. Just awesome.

Beautiful sub-hilt!! The slender blade profile really suits. The hamon and the ironwood are gorgeous!!
