Gentlemen:
For your consideration is this medium sized S-Guard bowie in Exhibition Grade Ringed Gidgee/W-2. The Ringed Gidgee is a lovely oxblood color with lots of tight fiddleback figure.....the handle was hand sanded to 2500 grit and waxed to bring out the beauty of the figure. The flat ground blade has been satin finished to 400 grit pull strokes - the swedge is fully sharpened. The tang extends 2/3 of the way into the handle and is set with g/Flex marine grade epoxy and a 1/16" stainless pin. There are two stainless coined spacers on either side of a reverse fullered copper spacer - matching copper inlay is set in the rounded butt. This is a very comfortable bowie with excellent hand ergonomics - and a easily maintained blade to be looking like new with 400 wet or dry sandpaper pull strokes. I hope you like it!
