Gentlemen:
I have two camp knives that haven't moved so I'm dropping my prices on the two by $50 on the Destroyer and $75 on the Battle Chopper - Blade has been over for awhile now and some of you just might have some $$$$ to spend. The prices won't get any better than this fellas.
DESTROYER SOLD
For your consideration is my Destroyer camp knife in CPM-154 and black micarta. This chopper is a handful without approaching machete size and the CPM 154 will stand up to any abuse you might ask for it in camp. The 2" tall blade was full convex ground from the spine to near zero, taken to 9 micron at the edge, then buffed with green chrome and is hair popping sharp. The spine is rounded for batoning and has machined thumb grooves for a positive purchase. The blade has a 400 grit belt satin finish. I haven't made the sheath yet so you may specify right or left hand. Superb fit and finish - I hope you like it! $400 $350 plus $18 shipping. International shipping will require additional postage. For your consideration is this lugged double guard, subhilt camp knife I call the Battle Chopper. The 6 1/2" blade was ground on a 36" diameter platen for a nice flat - concave effect while the primary edge is convex ground for a robust edge. Some of the toughest stuff on the planet, CPM 3V was selected for its edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. The area in front of the guard is large enough under the ricasso to comfortably choke up on the knife and maintain a secure grip. I hope you like it!
