Gentlemen:
For your consideration is this Camp Master in 1075/Spalted Hackberry. I built this knife for the guy that wants a REALLY meaty camp knife - the blade is .320" thick at the ricasso - as such, it seemed fitting to put a convex edge on this model. This is really a miniature wedge built for the heaviest of camp duties and bushcraft.....this is not a slicer or a deer skinner.
Understandably, the knife is forward heavy - neutral balance is at the middle of the ricasso. The blade was hand rubbed to 2000 grit and etched to reveal a vivid hamon with lots of nice ashi. Superb fit and finish. I hope you like it! The first "I'll take it, PM, or email gets it. $475 delivered CONUS. Paypal preferred to tksteingass@frontier.com. This beast is also listed on my website. Thanks for viewing and your comments are welcome.
