Gentlemen:

For your consideration is my Deep Woods Hunter design in CPM-154/Sheep Horn. This knife is big enough to gut a deer, small enough to dress a squirrel or use as an every day carry. The solder joint is perfectly executed with no pinholes. Rounded spine with tapered tang. The ambidextrous horizontal sheath holds the knife securely - it can be worn right, left, cross, or scout draw. Superb fit and finish. The first "I'll take it," PM, or email gets it. $375 delivered CONUS. PayPal preferred to tsteingass@yahoo.com.

V/R,

TK

Im beginning to want sheep horn with bark just like this one. I noticed while skinning a deer an getting in the insides in cold an semi darkness conditons sometimes, I could keep track of the knife blade position more ,as compared to a round smooth handle. That reason and they look cool also, is why I'm going to a more texured handle for my small collection of straight knives.

Joe: I coke bottle a lot of my handles and that seems to help :)

Another dandy little hunter Tim, you sure know how to make them. That sheephorn should add some nice traction I would assume also.

Tapered tang - touch of elegance to an already great looking knife.

Nicely done.
