Steingass Dropped Hunter - Presentation Grade **SOLD**

Gentlemen:

For your consideration is this hidden tang dropped hunter in CPM 3V/Premium Desert Ironwood Burl. This is a very light finesse hunter; it was deeply hollow ground blade with an 8" wheel, all the way to the spine. The CPM 3V blade has been hand rubbed to 400 grit and finished with pull strokes....the spine is rounded and the guard is even with the top of the spine. The hidden tang extends 3/4 of the way into the handle and is set with G-Flex marine grade epoxy and a 3/32" stainless pin. A copper spacer has been placed in the guard - it matches the Desert Ironwood burl very nicely. Extreme marble cake and some sun rays in the handle.....a great stick of wood. Superb fit and finish. Agreed. I always pay attention whenever TK posts something for sale. This dropped hunter just oozes quality. Should be a highlight of your collection, that's for sure.
