Hi Fellas:
This field knife is my rendition of the classic Enzo Trapper. I added 1/2" to the blade length, and upswept the primary edge near the ricasso to give more of a belly for skinning. Though it looks flat ground, the blade is gently concave ground on a curved platen corresponding to a 36" diameter wheel. The spine is slightly rounded with thumb serrations. I squared the butt near the lanyard and took a little belly out to make the handle more balanced with the blade. Finally, a tapered tang with red liners and the horse stall mat scales with flared tubes make the neutral balance where the index finger rests. The horizontal ride sheath can be worn right, left, cross, or behind the back......it has a cam-in feature so the knife snaps in for secure carry but one-hand draw. I hope you like it. The first I'll take it gets it. $250 $225 plus $15 shipping - payment to my Paypal account tksteingass@frontier.com is preferred and I accept USPS money orders.
