Gentlemen:

For your consideration are these two hidden tang hunters. Master Smith Mike Williams calls this style a finesse knife - I'm inclined to agree. Their hidden tang construction, hollow grinds and distal taper makes them extremely light in the hand, while the deeply hollow ground blades are ground very thin before putting on 20 degree bevels. Though both hidden tang, set in the handle with GFlex Epoxy, each knife has different elements in finish, handle, and guard treatment. The burl knife has a driven on guard, flush, with no solder, while the fiddleback walnut knife has a soldered guard. No sheath yet so you may specify right or left hand. I hope you like them! The first "I'll take it," PM or email gets it. Paypal please to tksteingass@frontier.com $315 each - delivered CONUS. Maker's lifetime common sense warranty and free sharpening. These knives are also posted on my website. Thanks for viewing my work and your comments are welcome.

Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!

Wow TK, you continue to amaze. Both nice, but that box elder is the bee's knees.

Wonderful to see you using hidden tang construction mainly for weight savings, which can be significant, but also for comfort in bare hands on cold days and for a sleeker (to me at least) look. Some very nice work here.

I've seen your work on the 1911 forum, and it's simply amazing craftsmanship. Would love to be able to afford one someday. Actually already had your website bookmarked. Works of art...with an edge.

Beautiful job on both of those knives, very, very nice!

Hiya Jack: Thanks for commenting! Don't worry about the swollen head - my wife and the BF guys keep me well grounded. Happy New Year my friend :)
