Gentlemen:

For your consideration is this Loveless inspired Damascus Hunter/Caper set in Presentation Grade. This pair of knives will be featured in Blade Magazine when it hits the news stands this November. The splendid ladder pattern damascus was provided by Randy Haas of HHH Knives - I chose this pattern to match the Koa scales and I am pleased with the effect. The premium Koa scales were taken to 1200 grit and a Truoil finish applied - the scales are highly chatoyant on both knives and match each other perfectly. Superb fit and finish. Buyer can specify right or left hand sheath. I hope you like it! The first "I'll take it" gets it. $825 plus $20 shipping. Paypal payment preferred to my account tksteingass@frontier.com International orders will require additional postage. Makers lifetime common sense warranty and free sharpening.

V/R,

TK

I want these SO much. Once again, however, I have spent (perhaps overspent) my knife collecting budget. Sigh. Beautiful work, TK. Just stunning.

Just when I thought I've seen the best, I see better. That is a fantastic set TK.

TK,
I'm sorry but I can't find anything wrong with either of them (at least from the pics). I'm gonna have to agree with everyone else and say it's some of your best work. certainly top 5. That koa is beautiful and the fit and finish of both knives is superb. I'm sorry i tried.
If I weren't leaving for Africa in 3 weeks I'd own 'em.

I was wondering what you had been up to. Now I know.

Ben: All you have to do is castrate one extra horse over your quota and you can buy 'em before your African hunt :D

I don't do horses. That's the reason I can still get around at 71. All my classmates who did large animals are long disabled or locomoting painfully.:D

Beautiful, beautiful knives....Those are book cover material. Great work!

Thanks much! Guess you're not alone - they're going to be featured in Blade Magazine when it hits the news stands in November. :)
