Gentlemen:
For your consideration is my Light Bowie Subhilt Fighter which is a scaled down version of my Battle Bowie. The blade height is 1 1/2" while my Battle Bowie is 1 3/4" - blade length is 8" versus 9 1/4". This is not a small bowie and yet it fills a medium sized hand very nicely......fast and sleek.....it's also $100 cheaper than the Battle Bowie!
The full tang construction provides the strength to use this bowie as a chopper should you so desire. The solder joint is even and true with no pinholes. The area under the ricasso is wide enough to choke up on the blade with confidence. Spectacular Desert Ironwood Burl scales with superb fit and finish. Hand rubbed satin finish. I hope you like it! The first "I'll take it" gets it. $450 plus $18 shipping. Paypal preferred to my account tksteingass@frontier.com. Maker's lifetime common sense warranty and free sharpening.
Best regards,
TK
