Gentlemen:
For your consideration is this Field Grade Long Knife in Stabilized Chechen Burl/W-2. The blade was deeply hollow ground to .010" then 20 degree secondary bevels applied - this is a real slicer. A couple licks with your sharpening steel and it'll quickly return to its best cutting. This knife will serve you well as a boning knife, kitchen slicer, or utility knife. I hope you like it!
