Gentlemen:

This small bowie started with the intent to be a fancy, diminutive, $450 dress bowie with a cross draw sheath for formal attire. Now it's a second - I hit the tang channel on the underside of the handle near the guard and had to repair it (last photo). :grumpy: I just couldn't bring myself to knock off such a great piece of wood.

The rest of it is spectacular with a vivid hamon, gorgeous Missouri flame walnut I bought from Don Hanson III, and a rounded butt. Hand rubbed to 1200 grit and etched to reveal a vivid hamon. The handle is set in Acraglas and pinned. No sheath yet so you may specify R or L or cross-draw. The first "I'll take it," PM, or email gets it. $300 plus $20 shipping CONUS. Paypal preferred to tksteingass@frontier.com. Maker's lifetime common sense warranty and free sharpening.

Thanks for viewing my work and your comments are welcome.

V/R,

TK
