Gentlemen:
For your consideration in my interpretation of the Nessmuk skinner. The sharpest part of a knife is the curve- while the cutting edge of the original Nessmuk is one continuous curve, I put a small recurve for looks into the cutting edge - since it's still a curve it will perform as well as the original in my opinion. The blade is deeply hollow ground with steep 20 degree bevels for excellent slicing - the handle ergonomics are superb on this design - you'll find it very secure and comfortable. The picture doesn't do justice to the intense figure in this stabilized Koa - very tight. Truoil was worked into the handle with 600 grit then buffed. The blade was hollow ground to 400 grit and finished with an ultrafine scotchbrite belt. I haven't made the sheath yet so the buyer can specify right or left, black or brown. I hope you like it! The first "I'll take it", PM, or email gets it. $275 plus $16 shipping. Paypal payment preferred to my account tksteingass@frontier.com. Maker's lifetime common sense warranty and free shipping. Thanks for stopping by and looking at my work.
