Gentlemen:

For your consideration is this Presentation Grade Mountain King in Premium Koa/W-2. The knife was hand rubbed to 1200 grit and lightly etched to reveal a vivid hamon line - the flats remain at 1200 grit. The bottom of the ricasso is rounded if the user chooses to safely choke up on the blade - the top of the spine is rounded from the thumb serrations to the tip. This blade can be easily kept looking like new by using liquid Flitz and a soft cloth - the same treatment I used to rub out the blade. The premium Koa scales have extremely tight figure and transition from dark to light through the thickness. Hand rubbed Truoil finish. Includes an 8-10 oz RH sheath. I hope you like it! The first "I'll take it, PM, or email gets it. $350 plus $20 shipping CONUS. Paypal preferred to my account tksteingass@frontier.com. Maker's lifetime common sense warranty and free sharpening. Thank you for viewing my work and your comments are welcome.

V/R,

TK

First thing you know those elves will unionize if you keep working them this hard
Lovely work though. Where do you keep finding more and more spectacular wood. Your latest is some of your best.

Thanks Ben - I get the Desert Ironwood Burl and the Koa from Santa's discarded sleighs - he only uses the best wood.

When the elves start talking about unionizing I get out one of my custom 1911s and start wiping it down with oil - a couple dry fires also helps to settle them down. They're especially afraid of the Nighthawk 10mm Longslide.

Payment received - thank you Simon. This beauty is SOLD

I'm currently holding it in my hand. The fit and finish is breath taking.

I can't make up my mind if it is jewelry, cutlery or work of art.
Maybe I'll settle for all the above.

Thank you TK.
