Gentlemen:
For your consideration are these two Mountaineer EDC in 1075/Spalted Maple or Striped Ebony. The upper knife in the photo is spalted maple. The hollow ground blade was hand rubbed to 2000 grit and etched to reveal a hamon. These didn't come out as well in the photo as they usually do, but they're there! The hollow ground sheepsfoot blade was ground to .020" and 20 degree bevels applied at 220 grit for a serrated edge that cuts well. The bottom photo shows a little extra buffing compound on the spines - it is free with no extra charge. I think the sheepsfoot is a great design for a utility knife. The knife can come with an ambidextrous horizontal sheath that can be worn right, left, cross-draw or vertical high-ride (L or R). The sheath incorporates a cam that holds the knife securely yet draws easily. I hope you like them! The first "I'll take it", PM, or email gets the EDC they specify. $200 each plus $10 shipping. International sales will require additional fees. Paypal payment preferred to tksteingass@frontier.com. Maker's lifetime common sense warranty and free sharpening. Thanks for viewing my work and comments are always welcome.
