Gentlemen:

For your consideration is this Presentation Grade Steingass Silent Dagger in stabilized Koa/CPM-D2. This is the fancy version of the Tactical Grade SSD which is featured in the Jan, 2016 Blade Magazine. The premium grade Koa has extremely tight curls, stabilized by K&G, and all grains were filled by sanding to 2500 grit with Truoil. The armor piercing tip is built up to prevent the breakage common on dagger tips. Double hollow ground with a 2" wheel and finished off with a fuller on both sides. The scalloped guard allows the thumb to transition to the thumb serrations on the ricasso. Mirror finish throughout. Includes a 8-10 oz vertical leather sheath. I hope you like it! The first "I'll take it," PM, or email gets it. $900 delivered CONUS. Paypal preferred to tksteingass@frontier.com. This dagger is also listed on my website. Thanks for viewing and your comments are welcome.

V/R,

TK

TK your knives are always awesome but these daggers are amazing.

Forgive me for the following comment, I can't resist: That sheath is no match for this magnificent presentation grade work.

Snowwolf: Thanks for the feedback and the kind words. I understand your comment about the sheath and there's no offense take at all.

There are two camps out there: A high grade knife deserves a Paul Long sheath, or, a sheath should not over-power the knife. I'm in the latter camp - all my sheaths are understated elegance. Less is more in my camp.

Big-name guys like Bruce Bump, Jerry Fisk, Don Hanson III, J. Nielsen, Sam Lurquin, Jason Knight, etc, add a Paul Long sheath to the package - the high-end collectors don't mind an extra $200 added to the of a $3,000 (and up) knife. BTW, Paul Long compliments my sheaths all the time. :)

PM received - this knife is SOLD

Thanks for the kind words fellas. :)

Beautiful dagger, congrats to who ever got it. Personally I'm not too concerned with a fancy sheath, all the sheaths I've gotten with your knives are very well made and are an understated compliment to the knife indeed.
