Gentlemen:

For your consideration is this Utility/Hunter in stabilized Exhibition Grade Koa/1095. This is a new design with a canted guard and blade profile. The old growth Koa has intense figure and is a deep chocolate color......it was hand rubbed to 2500 grit and waxed rather than buffed to enhance the color contrast. The tang extends 2/3 of the way into the handle and is set with g/Flex marine grade epoxy and a 1/16" stainless pin. The hollow ground blade was double edge quenched, double tempered, hand-rubbed to 1200 and etched - this revealed a dark hamon and a lighter hamon above it......very cool. The sheath holds the knife securely yet draws easily. Superb fit and finish. I hope you like it! The first "I'll take it," PM, or email gets it. $430 delivered CONUS. PayPal preferred to tsteingass@yahoo.com. Thanks for viewing and all comments are welcome.

Very nice, I really like the the copper accent spacer, I think this is the first double hamon I've seen, very cool for sure.

What TK shovels snow ? I thought his Elve's did that when he gave them a break from the shop :D

Beautiful knife TK .

Thanks Jack! I don't use the elves to shovel snow - I can't find a snow shovel short enough, so I keep them at it in the shop. This year we've had 14 snows so far in Bucksport that required snow removal. If you're not careful, when the ice is under the snow, the Bobcat can slide into a ditch or the UPS drivers lose it going down the driveway - here's a couple examples of my driveway from hell:

Looks like he had already unloaded yours. Heavy duty wrecker contractor incoming!

Gorgeous knife. Can't say the same for the brown truck. lol.
SOOO glad I don't have to deal with, or shovel, God's dandruff anymore.
