For your consideration is this Loveless inspired utility knife in W-2/Royal Walnut. Royal Walnut is a cross between Eastern Black Walnut and Claro Walnut. The hollow ground blade was taken to .020" then steep 20 degree bevels - this is a real slicer. The blade is finish belt ground to a working 400 grit then etched to reveal a vivid hamon.
