scales - Carbon Fiber Shred Copper
blade material - stellite 6k about .080" thick ground to almost zero edge
blade finish - stonewashed
grind - full flat
liners & clip - anodized and nuggetized titanium
back spacer - black g-10
weight 2.8 oz.





This one does not have my normal bearing system due to not enough blade/liner thickness. It has Teflon washers and is still very smooth, just not as fast.. Strong detent, strong secure lock up and zero blade play in any direction.

I absolutely love the way the handle on this one turned out.
Where did you purchase the Carbon Fiber Shred Copper? I would like to try using this material in some of my knives, but of course they wont look as good as yours.

You're still charging well below market value considering materials and your ability....
Your work is as good as anyone's, better than most.

I am not going to bring up any examples, but based on the 'industry' this is a $1000+ knife.

Keep em coming, I will be looking for another one really soon...

Congrats Alan you are really hitting them out of the park lately! I didn't think anything could be cooler looking than LSCF but I was wrong! That shredded copper is AWESOME!!! It does look like meteorite.
 
Another Fantastic Knife, Alan! As soon as I looked at the knife, I knew Dennis would Have to ad this 1 to his collection of your other great knives.

This looks amazing. I love and hate this site. ....i say hate in jest because you incredible talented makers create too many knives i want.
 
Folks ..... gotta tell you, I was no way, no how, prepared for how stunning this new creation from Alan would look in person. All of his knives are fantastic, but was sitting here awestruck when I opened the box. This copper shred CF is really neat material. And, the knife itself is, like all of Alan's knives, top notch. If Alan offers another with copper shred ..... jump on it! Posted a few pics in the gallery forum in the Alan Davis picture thread I started.
