I first heard of Tuss Tech stencils from Brian Fellhoelter on his YouTube channel.

It was time to get some new stencils so ordered some up on Monday and they arrived on Thursday.

The material is very high quality and the logo is clean and sharp.

The price is very good and I look forward to see how many etches I can get from one. Those using them say the are very long lasting

Try not to stretch them when you apply tape and just use soap and water to clean them. No alcohol or anything or they'll develop small cracks which will show through on your etch. I learned that the hard way.

I just got mine Saturday from Patricia at IMG and now every blade tang I have has my logo all over it from "playing" with different sizes and etch solutions. I just hope no one ever gets the scales off and see's that mess.... But it was fun!!!

Sure, I only use soap and water on my stencils.

Thanks for the tip.

Also, if you are etching "deep" and then marking the bottom of the etch back afterwards, etch and mark a number of times say 10 or more for etching and 5 for the marking, for like 5-10 seconds at a time instead of bearing down and letting it burn for while. That will also make your stencils last longer.

Nice looking stencil. I have to order some more and will be trying out Tuss Tech.

My first set of stencils I got from Ernie Grospitch and they work great. Recently I went with TUS Tech as well. They were very patient with me to get the font just right. (I was trying to match the ones I got from Ernie). The ones from TUS Tech are a little easier to see through when your trying to align them on the blade IMO.

Just contacted Jen. $22 for setup and $13 for a sheet from then on. Very reasonable! Thanks for the help. Avigil, about what was the turn around time after you sent in the image? Thanks!

I sent the image.

I received and email the next day for proof and it went out on a Monday and I had it by Thursday.
