Step by step (Knife in ivory carved and engraving)

Oh man. Beautiful!!
It's like some legendary blade from Tolkien's world has come to life.
Fantastic skill and artistry!!

Can we some more pictures of the completed blade? And some of the entire knife in one shot perhaps?
Thanks for the treat!

Friend Kimper

I very much look forward to your threads.

Congratulations on your article in David's new book.

Spoke with your friend Don Cowles at length last week at dinner during Blade where I got to see some of your work in person that he had.

It is a pleasure to see you and your work on the internet and I hope to meet you in person one day!

Dear Montejano, ever since i joined BF your work has been amazing. I keep looking at your work and i am baffled by the unbelievable quality of your work. Not a single flaw is visable ! You have surpassed the level of knifemaking into art. Your "knives" might be functional but their primary task has been surpassed to an almost unbelievable level of perfection.
All i can say is that every time i look at your work, i feel envy. Envy to the owner of the knife due to it's beauty, and more important envy on your immense skill in knife making. Any knife can be bought if you have enough money, but beeing enable to create such a fine piece of art must be one of the greatest things you can accomplish.
If i was 18 again, i would pack my bags and would go to you in España to try to become an apprentice.
Just like other forms of art your work is like braincandy for the knife enthousiast. A moment to focus on the sheer beauty of the work.

keep up the fantastic work. I hope you will stay on the forum, and that you may receive all the credits you deserve as an artist

Fantastico!

I desire to thank the words toward my work.

Friend Gus (Bastid) I am glad to know that you were in the food with Cowles. Cowles is a great my friend. I am lucky to have American friends as (Cowles, Jim Small, Ron, Joe Mason, Coop ...etc. Thanks by the words.

Friend Mongo –man

Thanks by participating and by the respect toward the work. I desire to be honest with you; at present I am not passing for good professional moments, already I commented it in the forum Network.
I have lost the illusion in doing knives; in Spain is difficult to obtain a certain recognition to our works. I will try to surpass the disillusionment with a little time.
The knife that have shown in this forum, I thought that could be my last work. It is possible that send to America, some my works, for its exhibition and possible sale.

Thanks to all by participating. :)
