Stephan Fowler “Stone Mountain”.

Just thought I would share a few photos of one of my newest knives.

This one Stephan Fowler made for me out of 3/16” W1 etched to show the nice Hamon.

The knife is 8 1/4” overall, the blade is 4” with a Distal Taper.

The Handle is Quilted Walnut.

I’ve been very impressed by this knife, and will post a review once I give it a thorough work out.

no, this is actually a "standard" model for me, its a full tang hand forged knife

most of them are made from 1084, this one was made from W1 Drill rod to manage a more active Hamon.

The design drawing I posted at CKCA was the result of someone asking for this same design but adding a guard.
