Steve Corkum tried his hand at folder making a couple years back, and here's one of the prototypes he sent - the Talon.
3/16" thick, 4.0" long 1070 Clay Tempered Blade, 9.375" overall. Damasteel (I believe) bolsters with Grooved Micarta Scales, Titanium Liners. Folder itself measures .75" thick, no pocket clip.
This is a beast. The back of the blade is marked 00.
