Was looking for custom scales for my BM 581. Read many posts raving about Steve's work and hit him up.
Long story short.....if you're looking for an outstanding craftsman who will keep you in the loop, answer every question, get stuff done quick as he can and does the most astounding work.....call Mr K!!!
What a pleasure this whole experience was!!
He did the scales in a deep red ctek with white liners.....and threw in an awesome custom lanyard!!
To say I'm happy doesn't cover it.....not even close!!

Oh yes, Steve is excellent. He modified two of my Spyderco Des Horn folders for clipless carry (you have to shorten the screw), and replaced the junky glass fiber handles on my Spydero Air folders with more classy fare. Fast, excellent communication, and perfect products. Not much else to say...

I just sent a Brous VR-71 Steve's way......after seeing what he did with the BM.....I just told him to hook it up with no input from me!
What a job he did on that 581.......dam! I just keep staring at it and can't believe how flat out sexy this blade is!
