I have for sale a beautiful sub-hilt fighter made by legendary Steve (S.R.) Johnson!
I have received an email confirmation from Steve Johnson himself confirming this is a knife made by him prior to 1980.
According to Steve the wood handle is Brazilian Rosewood with fittings in Nickel Silver.
Steve wrote that the blade is most likely made from ATS-34 steel.
Overall length is 260 mm (10.24")
Blade length is 135 mm (5.31")
Leather made sheath is included.
I am located in Sweden.
Payment details immediately follow the images below:

Asking price is 5 500 USD (or any other currency with equivalent value) plus shipment and insurance costs.
Reasonable offers considered.
Payment via wire transfer, PayPal or any other payment method that is safe for both parties.
Payment via Bitcoin works too.
Any additional costs for me when taking payment with a method preferred by the seller is to be paid by the seller.
PayPal charges 3.4% which would be 187 USD. PayPal is very expensive!
Wire transfer is my preferred method and I have a SEK, USD and EUR account with Wise and they charge me NO fees on my side when receiving the payment if you send me EUR or USD. Your bank might charge a transfer fee on your side but I have no possibility to know your bank's transfer fees.
I definitely recommend Wise and their borderless account.

International express (or standard) shipping and insurance at buyer expense.
I am currently investigating what the shipping cost from Sweden to USA with insurance would be and the initial indications are 100-150 USD for standard shipping with FedEx, UPS and DHL based on insurance value of 5 500 USD.
Please note also that any buyer outside European Community might have to pay VAT and customs fees.
For buyers in Sweden I can make delivery within Sweden for free after payment has been done.
It is easily understood why one might not wish to part with such a large sum in advance, particularly when dealing intercontinental, thus it is suggested that a transaction between Europeans would be more desirable for both parties, though any other suggestions to the contrary will certainly be entertained.
I am not opposed to selling to the US at all, and in fact, I would be happy to assist / partially finance in any endeavor that would cause the buyer to fly to Sweden for a face-to-face purchase exchange, something that I believe could be mutually and satisfactorily concluded.
I am happy to answer any questions, but please send them via private message.
