Stic Sawblade Knife 9"

Selling my Stic knife. It's just a tad under 9" long, 1/8" thick, and the blade is 4" long. Thong tube is brass, not sure of the wood used for the scales. There is some very basic diagonal jimping on the blade just in front of the scales. Comes with a stiff leather sheath. It's never been used. It's just not a knife style I'd ever use. I paid $115, selling for $SPF shipped paypal gift.

Howdy, I'm in Austin and have been looking for a Stic. I stumbled across this forum and found yours for sale. It looks nice, I'd like to buy it from you.

Do you know the type of steel that the blade is made from? I know he often uses old German sawblades.

I'm actually going to be driving through San Antonio tomorrow on my way back to Austin after a dove hunt. Is face to face a possibility, I can bring cash?

He never specified the steel type, it seems to be old stock though. It was quite the challenge to get one of his knives!
