OK, I don't have one of the neck knives but here is my neck sheath with my green blade 2000. The neck sheath is awesome, the knife opens every single time !! Just like wearing you front pocket upside down around your neck... OK that does'nt really make any sense but you all know what I mean :)
Just figured I'd throw an extra neck knife in the photo, the stunning Warren Thomas "Chaos", all Ti with CF overlay. This knife is so light you could plotz !!!!

Very impresive all this arsenal... I have only a Commander...
But seing all these blades which apparently u carry has reminded me of something that happened about a month ago. I was at an annual knife show, helping my instructor with a knife fighting seminar when I saw an old budy from the army... After the seminar he, now a policeman, and a knife enthusiast, showed with great pride all the three knives (includind a neck one) he would always carry beside his handgun. Being very impressed, I invited him for a quick sparring session, hopping to learn something from someone I took for an experienced opponent. To my surprise, and probably his as well, I "killed" him 3 times very quickly and he only managed to hit my arm after I had slashed his throat for the third time. Conclusion, he could have all the knives he wanted but without the skill they would mean nothing.
Ok, ok!!! I know anyone with a knife is very dangerous, specially when u get attacked by surprise, as it happens most often, in which case u have very little chance of survival.
But I really would like to know how many of you guys have ever trainned knife fighting systems to a satisfactory/ advanced level and how many of you use knives just as a complement to your karate, boxing, muay thai, etc, skills?:confused:

That Commander neck sheath looks like the one someone advertised for sale on this forum quite a while back. If I am right, it uses 550 paracord to deploy the WAVE. It this the one? Do you like it? and ...where can I get one?

John Hollister gave me some info on another neck sheath he has and I'm just looking to check all my options prior to purchasing one.

Commanderfan- Yes that is the sheath your talking about, it uses cord to catch the wave and it opens up like an SOB !!!
It's a rockin motherf*cker !!!!
As far as the information on getting it, all I remember is it's from Cal in Florida, but address and etc.. I can't remember. I'm gonna see what I can dig up and I'll e mail you.
