Well, CS made throwers for decades before GSM purchased them. I don't see this as a much different offering from CS. These look better than some of the throwers released by Lynn.

then it'd be no good as a fixed blade, which is what I want it for.

I guess I could wrap it in Docs famous orange hockey type tape as grip though, if it had no scales on it.


you're gettin real narrowed eyed on cold steel in this thread....I'm digging on this side of ya I hadn't seen before.......

I like the general shape too, I just wouldn't have the tang proud of the scales, I'm not buying that it protects it much, just a little

sure you're right, but doesn't bother me all that much visually. now in the hand using I might dislike it, don't know til I try.

Couldn't be any worse than the knives in the Drop Forged line, most of which have no scales at all.

I got these today. knives aren't bad. pretty decent edges and sharp like a knife. sheath is worthless though. can't snap to hold the two knives in. but be able to stretch strap.over time to fit it as is now.....strap is way too short....but otherwise not bad.
