Hello friends.
I am offering for sale a Stiff Horn in the Loveless design. I scratched the plane there. It's about my third Scrimshaw (first time into an antler) and it turned out pretty well. I hope to improve in scrimshaw in the future.
I recommend the video. The scrimshaw doesn't look so good in those photos. The plane is quite small with a lot of details and many of the lines that are captured by a modern super sharp camera cannot be seen with the eyes at all and the whole thing looks much cleaner in real life.
I have minimal experience in scrimshaw so far. This took about 7 hours and is far from perfect. At this moment I am satisfied with this work (otherwise I would not sell it). But I will be grateful if you don't like it and tell me in the comments. Don't be afraid to write that it was a stupid idea to put a plane on the knife, or that scrimshaw is ugly. I need some feedback to determine if this is a good way to go. Thanks!

That is a superlative piece of workmanship. Your scrimshaw is far, far beyond a beginning level! You should be very proud of that piece!!
Thank you very much. I'm proud of that scrimshaw. It was a lot of work and my hands hurt. But I can't judge it objectively at the moment.
It's similar to knives. When I started making knives, every other knife was beautiful to me and I was proud. But with the passage of time, when I see those from the first knives today, I would throw away such knives as failures.
So I'm very glad that you like it already from the beginning.

Wow, beautiful! Such a nice piece and an even more amazing job on that scrimshaw, great detail! Nice job!

looks like it was a success and I agree with all the above folks , different but outstanding and COOL .

The knife and scrimshaw are both great! I don't know that the scrimshaw would have been my choice, but it is very well done.
