It's called the Fury Equator and it has Pakkawood handles. I saw it at my local Ranger Surplus store going to $15 I think.

M-Tech makes a couple of versions.
I have one that's a liner-lock knife with thick, acrylic, handle slabs.
(Yeah, yeah, I know ... Heard it all before about M-Tech. But the liner is strong, the knife is sharp, and it can be waved open if you clip it inside of a back pocket on a pair of jeans. No need to use the thumbstuds).
