Still cant send DM's

As title says, can't send DM's since buying gold membership. Been probably 2 months, and no fix yet. Any help?

Are you using a vpn? Have you tried to message over cellular data only? I’ve had issues with my phone before while trying to log in, it linked onto a banned ip addresses or something.
 
That's very strange, I have used a vpn on my phone before, but I dont think I've ever been on here with one. I usually use cellular data only
 
Are you over your limit?
 
Have you received more than your limit? I can delete all your messages but once they are gone, they are gone
 
How many messages within those conversations

Ok. Looks like that did not do anything. Still can't send DM's.

Also, I just tried again on someone else's device. Never have logged into anything of mine on that device, and it still did not work.

Which leads me to the conclusion that this is a problem with my account.

What's the next step here?
 
I may have to change your PW and log into your profile to test it myself. I sent you a DM, let me know if you can reply

And of course it's wanting a 2FA for me to log into your account

Hey everyone, I got a gold membership several months ago, haven't once been able to send a DM, but I can receive them.

I generally am fairly computer savvy, and have tried all the basic stuff. New browsers, clearing cache, different phone, used a computer. And not a single thing has worked. It is 100% a problem with my account.

Please, any help would be VERY appreciated. Thanks BF.
