I am also having the exact same problem, purchased Gold to interact with Exchange but I can't send any Dms haha. Help would be greatly appreciated, thank you! Also all of my posts require moderator approval so their invisible.

Mods tagged Spark for me as well, hopefully he/she can look into it when they have the time. A bit unfortunate because I saw some things I wanted to snag on the exchange haha.

Edit: I am getting the exact same error message as your screenshot jlandon.

I'll attach a screenshot of my error as well as my message. Regardless of what I type I always get the same error prompt.

No change in messages will get past the issue. Changing devices changes nothing for me either

Just wanted to let you know I'm still having issues. I can receive and read my DMS, just can't send.

I'm thinking it's related to the number of forum posts you've made. I need to do more testing but I'm leaning towards that being the issue. Make more posts in various forums and it may clear up
