Still got rellies !!!!

Nice pics Pitdog! Good to see some kids still enjoying the outdoors instead of sitting in front of the TV!

Hey pitdog,

I like the looks of that KaBar. How is it for bushcraft things like feather sticks or carving fire boards, trap parts, etc.? Is the blade thin enough? How does it compare to a Mora? I guess you like it, otherwise you wouldn't be carrying it, but do you have any other thoughts about it?

Doc

Funny you ask Doc I was showing the lads how the two knives cut and the Ka-Bar cuts feather sticks and such like really well.Having a Spear Point blade it is also useful for drilling into wood for making fire drill boards etc.
The Dumpster Mutt on the other hand is far better at chopping and battoning.
I was gonna put this before but thought some might think I was stating the obvious.
The Ka-Bar is a real good bush craft knife, it adapts to different grips and keeps a great edge !!!!!

As a side note, how do you like BC? How do your relatives like it compared to home? It sure looks like you are enjoying yourself.

We love it bro, how many places are there where you can be in a forest,on a lake, up a mountain or in the sea all within 15 minutes travel time from your house ?

This was us all at the lake we all went to today....
