So tomorrow, I'm thinking about getting outside my little box of Ketel One and Absolut.

Grey Goose? Stolichnaya? Smirnoff Black Label?

Stoli is cheap Vodka.

Grey Goose is very good as is this one....

Best bang for the buck... Skyy 1.75L is about $22.00 here.

I think I'm going to look for some larger martini glasses too. I have a couple of Riedel glasses that, while nice, are sort of small. Maybe I'll pick up some Waterford glasses. If I can find some Lismore pattern martini glasses, my wife won't complain in the least.

It doesn't really have the "snob-factor" of some of the higher-end brands, but it wins a lot of awards. Hope you like it.

Tony G, I am a big fan of belvedere. Especially for mixing as it has a very clean taste to me. I really like Effen black cherry vodka as well.

Absolute Citron. Extra olives, extra dry, with cracked pepper on top. BIG martini glasses ... big enough that wifey will want to join you in one.

I keep my Effen in a freezer and it gets that I dont know how to describe it but somewhat thicker consistency.....boy thats nice stuff.
