I had to create a temporary account, as my paid account (Naro) just won't work. When I try to log in, I get a verification code to be sent to my email. It takes days/or never and by then the log-in has timed out or I need to go on to something else. This is not an issue of diverting to Junk mail, nor full browser cache. I've cleared those. So... my paid account is un-usable.

If your membership is tied to a gmail account, use a PC to access your gmail account and check your spam folder. Mark any BF emails as "not spam". Gmail does not forward what it considers to be spam to phones, so it needs to be done from a PC.

If you use a mail service owned by Microsoft such as Outlook.com or Hotmail, the Microsoft system has been bouncing emails from BF without even sending them to spam. Spark's been trying to work the issue but does not yet have a solution. (We all know that MIcrosoft tends to be unhelpful with problems with their products.)

im using hotmail is it possible t get another email address and link it to my account?

I know that staff members can't do that.
I don't know if the software allows the Admin that ability. Spark Spark is the site Admin, and is the only one who can answer that.

If you can email from your account that you used for your paid subscription then I can make changes to your profile

It is weird. I have had the same email (msn.com) for 20+ years and still get pm notifications. But the 2FA doesn't show up for a week or 2.
